Strive for Fit program is an at home or gym workout guide requiring little equipment! Only using a resistance band, dumbbells, and bench/chair this program incorporates circuit & HIIT training, as well as activity & cardio days. It also includes printable positive thinking charts for every day of the 4 week program, examples of how to stay active outside of the gym, and warmups!
